ARRIVAL PROTOCOL:
The counters at each terminal are identified with the Otium logo on the LCD screen. Passengers will be received by a team of professional representatives who will be properly uniformed and identified.
Passengers must present themselves at the corresponding terminal, located in the area of receptive tour operators with their printed transfer voucher and will be duly assisted to take the transportation that will take them safely to their hotel.
Warning: If by mistake you take the exit B; you will not have contact with the Otium staff, you will not have your arrival transfer, the value of the transfer will not be refunded, you will not receive from the beginning of your stay the assistance material according to Otium's standards.
