PROTOCOLO DE LLEGADA:
Al llegar al aeropuerto y después de pasar por migraciones, un representante los estará esperando en la puerta de salida con un letrero de “Panamericana y el nombre del titular de la reserva” para llevarlos a su transporte asignado.
Asistencia por un transferista en el aeropuerto y traslado hotel. El transporte es compartido. Seleccione la opción correspondiente de acuerdo al horario del servicio.
Incluye: Transporte y Guia Aeropuerto en español.
No incluye acompañamiento de guía.
Operación: Diaria en horario diurno (Servicios entre las 06:01 Hrs y las 20:59 hrs)
Operación: Diaria en horario nocturno para los traslados de Llegada el horario nocturno aplica entre 21:00 y las 6:00 Horas.
Duración: Vuelos Nacionales 45 Mintuos aprox. - Vuelos Internacionales 2 Hora aprox
Nota: Se permite una (1) pieza de equipaje por persona, costos adicionales por exceso de equipaje será asumido en destino por los usuarios.
PROTOCOLO DE SALIDA:
El operador en destino confirmará su horario de recogida para el traslado de retorno o caso contrario días previos se comunicará con los pasajeros. Los pasajeros deberán esperar con check out realizado en el lobby del hotel. El tiempo de espera es de 5 minutos.

ARRIVAL PROTOCOL: The service counters in each terminal are identified with the Otium logo on the LCD screen. Passengers will be received by a team of professional representatives who will be properly uniformed and identified.
Passengers must present themselves at the corresponding terminal, located in the area of receptive tour operators with their printed transfer voucher and will be duly assisted to take the transportation that will take them safely to their hotel.
Warning: If by mistake you take exit B; you will not have contact with Otium staff, you will not have your arrival transfer, the transfer fee will not be refunded, you will not receive from the beginning of your stay the assistance material according to Otium's standards.

DEPARTURE PROTOCOL:
For departure transfer it is the client's responsibility to contact the operator at the numbers indicated on the vouchers to reconfirm their departure transfer and pick up time.Passengers must wait with check out done at the hotel lobby. Waiting time is 5 minutes.
