DAY 1 - SHIPPING – BUDAPEST, HUNGARY

DAY 2 - BUDAPEST
Budapest offers an unparalleled blend of culture and tradition. Visit the Grand Market before going both sides of the river -Buda (hill) and Pest
(llano). You will see the Heroes Square and Castel Hill, home to the Fishermen's Bastion and the Church of Matt of the Ias. Alternatively, walk to Castle Hill to enjoy stunning views of the city. In the afternoon, in Budapest, you will sail along the picturesque Danube curve, where you will see some of Hungary's oldest settlements, such as Esztergom, Visegrad and Szentendre. (D,A,C)
DAY 3 - BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA
Home to the coronation ceremonies of 11 Hungarian kings and queens between 1536 and 1830, Bratislava has earned the title of "City of the Crown of Kings", as you will discover during your walking tour. Or join a special "Savors of Slovakia" tour.
For a more active adventure, walk to the shiny Bratislava Castle. (D, A, C)
DAY 4 - VIENNA, AUSTRIA
Vienna offers a lot of surprises and its tour of the city shows its royal splendors, including the majestic Opera House and the former Imperial Palace of the Habsburgs.
Finish your tour in the historic centre of Vienna and then visit St. Stephen's Cathedral; or, alternatively, discover Vienna by bicycle. In the afternoon, visit the Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens. Recognized by UNESCO, this palace was the main summer residence of the Habsburg rulers. Built in the 18th century as an imperial summer residence, this magnificent Baroque palace of 1,441 rooms is one of Austria's most important architectural, cultural and historical monuments. DAY 5 - KREMS, Austria – SPITZ, AUSTRIA
Krems will be our gateway to the Wachau Valley, a UNESCO designated area, which will be the starting point for a visit to the charming Baroque village of Dürnstein. Walk through the paved streets of Dürnstein to the baroque Stiftskirche church with its famous tower on a walking tour. For a more culinary-centred experience in Dürnstein, enjoy a tasting of almond and brandy liquor and special almond delicacies from a local boutique. Those wishing for a more active adventure in the area can walk to the historic fortress of Dürnstein or ride a bicycle from Krems to DürNstein and return for lunch. In the afternoon, sail through the vineyard-rich Wachau Valley, one of Europe's most beautiful river valleys, where some of Austria's finest white wines are produced, to the Spitz. Once in Spitz, you can visit the 900-year-old Melk Abbey, located at the top of the Danube’s granite cliffs; or stay active with a Spitz-Emmersdorf-Spitz cycling tour or a hiking adventure.
During the night, enjoy an exclusive wine experience where you will enjoy some of the region's famous wines, such as Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. (D, A, C)
DAY 6 - LINZ, AUSTRIA
Join a walking tour through the old town of Linz to the Mozart House; or cycle the famous "Cultural Mile" of the city and the Danube. For those who love "The Rebel Novice", enjoy a full-day excursion to Salzburg and visit the historic centre, the Mirabell Gardens, the Residenz Square and the Old Market. On your way to Salzburg, stop at Mondsee, home of St. Michael's Basilica, where the famous wedding scene in the film was filmed. In the afternoon you can visit the charming Czech mountain town of Český Krumlov.

DAY 7 - PASSAU, Germany - VILSHOFEN, GERMANY
Join a walking tour to admire Passau’s Italian Baroque architecture and St. Stephen’s Cathedral, or take a guided walk to the Veste Oberhaus fortress.
You can also travel to Wernstein on a bicycle guided tour. Later in the day, sail to the charming city of Vilshofen, where you will enjoy a festive celebration of the Bavarian Oktoberfest with music, beer and pretzels. (D, A, C)
DAY 8 - LANDING – VILSHOFEN
Land and say goodbye to Vilshofen as you prepare for your return flight home. (D)
