Departure by intercontinental flight to Madrid. Overnight on board.
DAY 01 Tuesday 17 December. MADRID
Arrival at Madrid-Barajas airport and transfer to the hotel. Free time at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 02. Wednesday 18 December. MADRID
Breakfast. In the morning panoramic tour, which will give us to know the monuments and contrasts that the capital of Spain offers, from the old and traditional Madrid to the most modern and cosmopolitan. We will also visit the Plaza de Toros and the mythical Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. In the afternoon we suggest an optional excursion to the Imperial city of Toledo, a city located 70 km from Madrid, declared a World Heritage Site. In this visit we will discover why Toledo is known as the "City of the Three Cultures", where Christians, Muslims and Jews lived together. Lodging.
DAY 03. Thursday, December 19. MADRID- BURGOS - BORDEAUX
Breakfast and departure to Burgos. Stop in this Castilian city to admire its Gothic Cathedral, declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO. Afterwards, continuation of the trip through the Basque Country towards the French border to reach Bordeaux, capital of Aquitaine. Overnight stay.
DAY 04. Friday, December 20. BORDEAUX - LOIRE VALLEY - BLOIS - PARIS
Breakfast and departure through the Loire Valley, a region known as the "Garden of France". Stop in Blois, where you will have free time to visit one of the most famous castles of the region and continue to Paris. In the evening, optional visit of "Paris Illuminated" and a beautiful cruise on the Seine. Overnight.
DAY 05. Saturday, December 21. PARIS
Breakfast. In the morning, panoramic tour of the "City of Light" where we will visit its most emblematic places such as the Place de la Concorde, the Bastille, the Latin Quarter, the Champs Elysées, the Invalides, which houses the tomb of Napoleon, etc. We will make a photo stop at the Eiffel Tower. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening we can optionally attend a show in a Parisian cabaret and enjoy a glass of champagne. Overnight.
DAY 06. Sunday, December 22 - PARIS
Breakfast. Free day for an optional excursion to the magnificent Palace of Versailles, residence of the Sun King and one of the most famous palaces in the world, not only for its imposing architecture and beautiful gardens, but also because it is an important part of the history of France. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979. In the afternoon you can make the optional visit of the charismatic Montmartre and the Latin Quarter. Overnight.
DAY 07. Monday, December 23. PARIS - BRUGES - AMSTERDAM
Breakfast and departure to Bruges. Free time to discover one of the most picturesque cities in Europe. The beauty of its houses, the charm of its canals and its old buildings make it a city without equal for lovers of beauty and art. Since 2000, this old city is a Unesco World Heritage Site. Continuation of our trip to finally arrive in Amsterdam. Lodging.
DAY 08. Tuesday, December 24. AMSTERDAM
Breakfast. In the morning, panoramic tour of one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in Europe, also called "The Venice of the North", full of colorful houses, canals and bridges, where beauty and culture are combined. Cradle of great geniuses of painting such as Rembrandt and Van Gohg. At the end of the tour we will visit a diamond cutting center. Free afternoon during which we can make an optional excursion to Marken and Volendam, small fishing villages that retain all its typicality. Overnight.
DAY 09. Wednesday, December 25. AMSTERDAM - COLOGNE - CRUISE ON THE RHINE - FRANKFURT
Breakfast and departure to Cologne. Brief stop in this city of great beauty that has grown around the Rhine and of which stands out its famous Cathedral, considered a masterpiece of the world gothic architecture, being at the same time the most visited building in Germany and that also has a luxurious sarcophagus where the bodies of the Magi rest. We will continue our journey to embark and take a wonderful cruise along the Rhine River that will allow us to see the Loreley Rock and a multitude of castles and "vertical" vineyards on the slopes of the Rhine. Disembarkation and continuation of the trip to arrive in Frankfurt, financial capital of Germany and birthplace of Goethe. Lodging.
DAY 10. Thursday, December 26. FRANKFURT - ROTEMBURG - PRAGUE
Breakfast and departure to Rotenburg, where we will make a walking tour to admire this beautiful medieval city that seems transported from a fairy tale and that still preserves its original walls, towers and gates and we will be able to contemplate its typical streets, old houses and the Germanic architecture of the so-called "Romantic Road" that invites to get involved in the atmosphere of the sixteenth century. Continuation to Prague, capital of the Czech Republic. We recommend dinner at the picturesque restaurant U Fleku, to taste the real Czech cuisine. Overnight stay.
DAY 11. Friday, December 27. PRAGUE
Breakfast. In the morning, panoramic visit of this impressive monumental jewel, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. We will walk through its most interesting streets and monuments, such as the National Theater, Wenceslas Square, the famous Old Town Square with its astronomical clock, the Church of Our Lady of Thyn and the Charles Bridge, the most famous bridge in the city. Free afternoon to continue exploring its picturesque streets, shopping, even attend the authentic and original Black Theater. Overnight.
DAY 12. Saturday, December 28. PRAGUE - VIENNA
Breakfast. Continuation of the trip to Vienna, capital of Austria, where we will make a panoramic visit to know its wonderful monuments. Free time. Lodging.
DAY 13. Sunday, December 29. VIENNA - GRAZ - VENICE
Breakfast and departure to Graz whose old town was declared World Heritage Site. We will continue our trip to reach Venice. Afterwards, we will take a panoramic walking tour of this unique city that will take us into the impressive monumental space of St. Mark's Square, which for centuries has been the historical symbol of the city and unique in the world for its charm. Napoleon Bonaparte defined it as "The most beautiful hall in Europe". We will also see among others the famous Bridge of Sighs, one of the most emblematic and romantic corners of Venice. At the end of the visit we will make a stop at a glass factory, where we can admire the manufacture of the famous Venetian glass and the possibility of an optional excursion in gondola. Lodging.
DAY 14. Monday 30 December. Venice - Florence
Breakfast. Continuation of our itinerary to Florence, the capital of Tuscany and the summit city of the Renaissance. We will begin the panoramic tour of the city that will take us into the city of Art, where we find the footprints of inimitable characters such as Dante or Michelangelo and thousands of works of those men who at the end of the Middle Ages promoted the development of man and made some of the most beautiful artistic creations of all time. We will walk through its streets and squares such as the Santa Cruz, Signoria, Republic, the famous Old Bridge and the Cathedral of Santa Maria de las Flores with its baptistery and its important Paradise gates. DAY 15. Tuesday 31 December. FLORENCE - ASIS - ROME
Breakfast. Continuation of our trip by making a short stop in Assisi to visit the Basilica of San Francisco. Arrival in Rome. Possibility of an optional tour of the “Barocco Rome” where you will discover the most emblematic fountains and squares of the city. Accommodation.
DAY 16. Wednesday 01 January. ROMA
Breakfast. During this day we will make a panoramic tour of the city by the places of greatest interest of the “Eternal City”, so called because in it time seems to have stopped centuries ago. Its monuments and the remains of imposing buildings make it a journey in time. During the panoramic tour we will see the Venice Square, Santa Maria la Mayor, San Juan Letrán, Coliseum, Imperial Foros, Circo Máximo, Termas de Caracalla among others. We will conclude the visit at St. Peter's Square where we will attend, whenever possible, the Papal Audience. Free time and then you will have the option of visiting the Vatican Museums, Sixtine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica including the tomb of Pope John Paul II. At the end of our visit we suggest to enjoy a good lunch in a typical Italian restaurant. Accommodation.
DAY 17. Thursday 02 January. ROMA (Naples and Capri)
Breakfast. Free day during which one of the most interesting sights of Italy can be optionally visited: “Naples and Capri”; a full-day excursion with lunch included in which we will visit the beautiful city of Naples and embark on the island of Capri, known as “The Blue Pearl” of the Mediterranean. At the scheduled time, return to the hotel in Rome and accommodation.
DAY 18. Friday 03 January. ROME - PISA - COSTA AZUL
Breakfast and departure to Pisa. Stop at the Square of Miracles to see the beautiful monumental complex that forms the Cathedral, the Baptistery and the famous inclined tower. Continue to Nice, the capital of the Blue Coast. We suggest enjoying the atmosphere of this cosmopolitan city, or participate in an optional tour to Monaco, Monte Carlo and its famous casino. DAY 19. Saturday 04 January. COSTA AZUL - BARCELONA
Breakfast and short panoramic tour of departure to the Spanish border through the Provence and its magnificent highways. Arrival in Barcelona. We suggest to enjoy the many nightly possibilities that the city offers. Accommodation.
DAY 20. Sunday 05 January. BARCELONA - ZARAGOZA - MADRID
Breakfast. In the morning, panoramic tour of this wonderful city that has been the scene of various world events that have helped to shape the city and give it the international projection that it enjoys today. We will tour its most typical and picturesque places. We will take a photographic stop at the Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s masterpiece. We will also climb to Montjuic Mountain, the main venue of the 1992 Summer Olympics. At the end of the tour, departure to Zaragoza. Free time to visit the Basilica of the Virgin of the Pillar, patron of Hispanity and to visit its old town. In the afternoon, continuation to Madrid. Accommodation.
