IMPORTANT: Once you arrive at Punta Cana International Airport, you will go through immigration, baggage collection and customs. You will then have to cross the terminal and head to our counter where a Representative will be waiting for you. Below you will find a guide to this process.
ARRIVING PROTOCOL: Please note that you may encounter representatives of other companies who may try to persuade you to purchase other services or choose a different transport system. We suggest that you do not purchase any of these services, as they are not part of JTG DMC Destination Experiences and we cannot guarantee the quality and prices of the services offered by third parties. A JTG DMC Destination Experiences representative will meet you at the arrival terminal and assist you with your transfer to the hotel. It will also provide you with general information about the destination, excursions and other details related to your transfer back to the airport. If you have booked excursions in advance, you must present the travel vouchers to our representative, which will be exchanged by the officers who will serve as boarding cards for the activity. Here you also have our contact information in case you have any questions, requests or assistance once at your destination.
DEPARTURE PROTOCOL:
It is the responsibility of the customer to re-confirm the pickup with the representative at the hotel or emergency numbers. Passenger pickup will take place in the hotel's lobby/reception. Passengers will be able to identify representatives uniformed with the Jumbo Tours logo. The transport will wait for passengers up to 5 minutes after the agreed meeting time.
