If you have booked excursions in advance, you must present the travel vouchers to our representative, which will be exchanged by the officers who will serve as boarding cards for the activity. DEPARTURE PROTOCOL:

It is the responsibility of the customer to re-confirm the pickup with the representative at the hotel or emergency numbers. Passenger pickup will take place in the hotel's lobby/reception. Passengers will be able to identify representatives uniformed with the Jumbo Tours logo. The transport will wait for passengers up to 5 minutes after the agreed meeting time.
