ARRIVAL PROTOCOL:
Once at the arrival airport, after making customs and collecting luggage, you must locate the OTIUM INTERNATIONAL team, located in the Tour Operators area. Our staff will be waiting for you. Once in contact with our staff, you must submit your transfer voucher to receive the contracted service and address the assigned transportation. If you fail to contact our staff at the airport, please contact us by phone for assistance. Please do not leave the airport without contacting us.
DEPARTURE PROTOCOL:
For the departure transfer it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the operator at the numbers indicated on the vouchers to reconfirm their departion transfer and pickup time. Passengers will have to wait with check-out in the hotel lobby. The waiting time is 5 minutes.
