Day 1: Washington
New York - Philadelphia - The Amish Region - Washington D.C. Departure from New York, crossing New Jersey to Pennsylvania to reach the city of brotherly love Philadelphia, where we will start with an interesting panoramic tour that includes the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Elfreth's Alley, the Liberty Bell, the Constitution Square and Hall and the Rocky Steps. We continue the trip to Lancaster County, home of the Amish community where we will take a ride in an Amish car while we visualize their farms and learn how they live without the benefits of modern technology, at the end and after stopping at one of their markets we will be routed to Washington D.C.
Day 2:
Washington D.C. - New York Start the day with a visit to the Thomas Jefferson Memorial by the Basin, surrounded by the famous Japanese cherry trees, then visit Arlington Cemetery where you can see the changing of the guard and the mausoleum of the Kennedy family. The tour continues with panoramic views of the Capitol, the White House and the Air and Space Museum, after a visit to the Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Korea and Vietnam Memorials return to New York.
