ITINERARY :

DAY 01

Arrival at the airport.

Dinner at Celele restaurant (haute cuisine)

You can enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the best restaurants in town with a menu that includes starter, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine, below, you can see the menu to choose from. 

Menu:

• Starter. (Cured prawns, smoked seasonal fish with Arabian spices, Caribbean flower salad, buffalo milk burrata from planeta rica, fish salpicón or orejero fritters). 
• Main course (Creole hen confit, pork celele, squid, squid and mussels in coastal marinade, beef tongue in Cartagenera black posta sauce, stewed goat, Boronia in textures). 
• Dessert (cassava and mambe leaf sponge cake, pomarrosas in temptation, orejero shell flan, coconut and flor amor sorbet, creamy chocolate from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta). 
• Glass of red wine (Morandé pionero reserva pinot noir, La posta pizzella Malbec, Catena appellation 'Agrelo' Cabernet Sauvignon).

DAY 02

Full day San Pedro Majagua Island (Diamond)

60 minutes from Cartagena de Indias, by sea, Hotel San Pedro de Majagua is located on Isla Grande, one of the 31 islands that make up the Corales del Rosario National Natural Park, a valuable set of ecosystems, inhabited mainly by coral reefs, colorful fish, crustaceans and other species.

Includes:

• Transportation in air-conditioned unit Hotel - Pier - Hotel.
• Sea transportation by speedboat
• Lunch (1 starter, 1 main course, 1 dessert per person).
• Ecological activity
• Approximate Duration: 8 Hrs

At the agreed time, show up at the meeting point and get ready to have a direct connection with your senses. With the textures and each olfactory note you will enjoy the whole creative process of elaboration until you reach the products derived from cocoa, you will put into practice what you have learned.

• 1 hour 45 minutes experience 
• Transfers from Hotel to Meeting Point
• Operates: Monday to Saturday at (12pm - 14:00 Hrs - 16:00 Hrs and 18:00 Hrs).

DAY 03

Sibarita Master Premium Dinner

Two hour tour of Cartagena Bay at night with dinner.

Includes:

• Private transportation - Pier - Hotel 
• Four course menu with premium options (Seafood and Lobster Rice - Three Pepper Baby Beef with Prawns - Coated Sea Bass with Shrimps)
• Half Bottle of Brut Wine or sparkling wine per person.
