Passengers must present themselves at the corresponding terminal, located in the area of receptive tour operators with their printed transfer voucher and will be duly assisted to take the transportation that will take them safely to their hotel.
Warning: If by mistake you take the exit B; you will not have contact with the Otium staff, you will not have your arrival transfer, the value of the transfer will not be refunded, you will not receive from the beginning of your stay the assistance material according to Otium's standards.

DEPARTURE PROTOCOL:
For departure transfer it is the client's responsibility to contact the operator at the numbers indicated on the vouchers to reconfirm their departure transfer and pick up time.Passengers must wait with check out done in the hotel lobby. Waiting time is 20 minutes.

Passengers with confirmed schedule who are NOT in the hotel lobby for departure, will be given a tolerance of no more than 5 minutes. At the end of this time the transportation will be removed and the client will have to pay for the cab without refund as it will be considered a No Show.
